While this man has not been identified, several witnesses were able to come up with a very detailed description.
"He was tall. 7, maybe 8 feet tall?" said a woman who asked not to be named.
"Probably about 40 years old, kind of balding. He just kept screaming. Something about not messing with Uncle Bill.' "
Witnesses who saw the events unravel described the scene to mall security guards, who were called to the scene.
"Some man was putting groceries into his car with his kids, and when he finished he just threw the cart across the parking lot. It rolled and hit a parked car, and the man just turned and walked away. That's when some guy got out of a yellow car and confronted him."
" 'You saw that, I know you saw that.' That's what he started yelling. I mean, he was right, the guy who threw the cart saw everything. But the man who got our of his car seemed to be taking it rather personally."
When trying to contact the cart thrower, Enrique Perez, we only got a response of "No speaka English."
Witnesses say that the rather oversized man kept going at Enrique, even though he claimed to have no idea he hit anything with his cart.
Enrique was said to have put his family into the car, then sped away out of fear for his life. More accurately, he was more afraid of the truth.
Secret sources have told us this incident was just another result of The Movement, an idea put together by several 20-somethings with way too much time on their hands.
Perhaps the next time Enrique, or anyone else, commits an act that is unbecoming of a human, they should own up to it.
